GetMyTickets returns tickets assigned to the current agent or their teams.
GET/api/v1/ticketing/my-tickets
This endpoint is designed for agent dashboards, showing all tickets where:
- The ticket is directly assigned to the calling agent (assignee_id = caller)
- The ticket is assigned to a team the agent belongs to (team_id IN agent's teams)
Supports the same filters as ListTickets for further refinement.
Errors
- PERMISSION_DENIED: Caller lacks ticket:read permission
