GetEntitySLA retrieves the SLA clocks of any entity: the current cycle, optionally with the history of earlier cycles.

GET 
/api/v1/ticketing/sla/entities/:entityType/:entityId

Works for tickets and engagements alike -- both are measured by the same engine over the same clock rows.

Errors​

  • INVALID_ARGUMENT: Unknown entity_type
  • PERMISSION_DENIED: Caller lacks sla:read permission
