ReauthorizeWhatsApp replaces the stored credentials of an existing WABA.

POST

/api/v1/engagements/integrations/whatsapp/business-accounts/reauthorize

The credential-health tracker flags a WABA as needing re-auth when its token dies (Meta error 190) or repeatedly fails to refresh. This is the remediation endpoint: hand it a working replacement token and every phone number under that WABA starts serving it, with the re-auth flags cleared.

The token is validated against the WABA before anything is written, so a wrong or unscoped token is rejected rather than stored. Token type and expiry are detected from Meta — a permanent System User token is stored with no expiry, a user token with the expiry Meta reports, so the refresh scheduler picks up exactly the credentials that need it.

Prefer re-running Embedded Signup or OAuth2 where the customer can complete an interactive flow; this endpoint exists for tokens obtained out of band.
