DeleteWhatsAppTemplate deletes a template from Meta.
DELETE/api/v1/engagements/integrations/whatsapp/templates/:id
Permanently removes the template. This cannot be undone. Active message templates will stop working immediately.

- FAILED_PRECONDITION: Meta deletion failed
