PurchaseFeature purchases a feature as an add-on.
POST/api/v1/billing/subscription/features/:featureCode/purchase
Adds a feature to the subscription that's not included in the plan. Creates a new subscription_feature record and may create an invoice.
Authorization
Requires billing:manage permission.
