ListSubscriptionFeatures retrieves features for the current subscription.
GET/api/v1/billing/subscription/features
Returns all features available to the organization's subscription, both from the plan and any purchased add-ons.
Authorization
Requires billing:read permission. Organization ID extracted from JWT.

Returns list of SubscriptionFeature objects with usage information.
