/api/v1/auth/me/phone

Sends OTP to the new phone number for verification. Requires current password for security.

Flow

1. Call this endpoint with new phone and current password
2. OTP is sent to the new phone number
3. Call VerifyPhoneNumberChange with the OTP code

• INVALID_ARGUMENT: Invalid phone number format
• UNAUTHENTICATED: Invalid password
